Free Indoor Yoga Class

Join us every Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM for a free, relaxing session designed to help you stretch, unwind, and set the tone for your week.
Be sure to bring your own mat and water bottle, and dress warmly in layers to stay comfortable during the cooler weather.
After your practice, stay and mingle in the Welcome Center, where we’ll be serving up delicious charcuterie, pizza, and wine to help you celebrate your zen.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is for everyone!
