New Volunteer Training
May 17 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Our in-person New Volunteer Training is for those of you, ages 14 or older, who feel moved and motivated to support patients with a serious illness and their caregivers, either directly or indirectly.
Volunteers fill many important roles at Hospice Care Plus, including patient and family companionship, grief & loss support, community outreach, fundraising, and administrative support.
Our volunteers come from all walks of life. Some work during the day, some are retired, and others volunteer while attending high school and college.

Whatever your schedule allows, Hospice Care Plus works with each volunteer to find an opportunity that will fit.
We know our volunteers make a difference in people’s lives, but what we hear from them most often is that they get so much more than they give.
