Devin - the best realtor ever! Seriously! She had so many deals going on while she was selling our place and helping us find our new home but her constant hustle is unmatched. She had our house under contract in 3 days and helped us fairly negotiate the purchase/repairs of our new home. Even though she had several other deals/clients, we always felt like we were her only clients when she spoke with us. Also - you will not meet another realtor who is so willing to roll up her sleeves and jump into help wherever needed!

I found Devin's greatest strengths to be pricing a home right, marketing skills, fair negotiations, and knowledge of the current market. Her personality and desire to be helpful is just a bonus. I was recommended to Devin by the best loan officer in the business Kyle Best. Devin is Joanie-on-the-spot on everything!! We looked at multiple houses on many days and she was always there ready to help us find our dream home and answered soooo many questions we had as a first time home buyer. We saw some great houses and some that only looked great online and she never got discouraged after we turned many houses down almost immediately. Devin is by far the most patient and helpful person. She helped, added he suggestions and made sure we were happy. Never pressured us or rush in in any way. I'm sure we were annoying at times. From distant, day long trips looking or arranging us to see future homes with other associates. Devin always delivered! Dealing with roads curvy enough to make a child nauseous, we always had a good time with Devin!

Me and my wife were 100% satisfied with Devin. She ever had a repair done on the house that was not her responsibility at all but she felt bad because the seller didn’t do it like he was supposed too. She did everything she could to make sure that we were happy with our new house.
