Richmond Parks and Recreation’s Spray & Play program returns on Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Irvine-McDowell Park!
This FREE program is a partnership with the Richmond Fire Department. They turn their hose into a sprinkler system for the kids to play in!
Kona Ice also serves kids in attendance FREE Kona!
