Jamie Jordan is the pastor of Encounter Church, which was planted in October of 2023. Encounter currently meets at the Enrich location on 2nd Street, where a diverse group of people gather each Sunday to learn, praise, and live in community with God.
Adam Herald serves as Director of the One-Stop Resource & Referral Hub of Madison County, which is an Enrich initiative. Adam, alongside his incredible staff, leads efforts to connect individuals and families with critical resources, support services, and pathways to long-term stability. His passion for serving others is rooted in his own lived experience. After struggling with substance use disorder and severe depression as a young adult, Adam found recovery in 2014 and has dedicated his life to helping others overcome barriers and discover hope.
For more than a decade, Adam has worked alongside individuals navigating challenges related to substance use, mental health, recovery, and involvement with the justice system. His experience includes treatment services, recovery housing, and community resource navigation. Known for his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Adam believes lasting change begins with authentic relationships, compassion, and meeting people where they are. He is a devoted husband and father who seeks to live out his faith through service, leadership, and a commitment to helping others find purpose and restoration. Adam considers every opportunity to serve others a reflection of God’s grace and faithfulness in his own life.
