Red Oaks began as a mainly hiking and exploration group. We know this unstructured time in nature is so important and it can be so helpful to find a network of people that you can join. Our hiking and walking outings are designed to keep that element of nature connection available to anyone.
Our hikes and walks vary but typically include child-led walks in the woods to offer families time to slow down in nature, be diverted by interesting discoveries, gives kids a chance to meet new friends or play with old ones, and spend regular time in nature.
